What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, VISA, American Express and Mastercard. When you check out, you will be able to select your payment preference.
Where do you ship?
I ship Worldwide! However, please note that I can only provide tracking information for packages sent within Canada and the US. Exact shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
What is your return policy?
I know buying online can be a little nerve wracking, but I want you to be over the moon happy with your purchase. If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased, send me an email at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number. When you return the jewelry, please include the Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. All jewelry must be returned in new and unused condition and within 30 days of purchase.
How is your jewelry made?
All of my jewelry is made by hand! I don’t use mass produced components - all of my jewelry components (rings, charms, pendants, jewelry tags) are created in my home jewelry studio – carved from wax models, and hand finished and assembled by me.
What kind of materials do you use in your collection?
I use sterling silver, brass and 24 karat vermeil.. I also use genuine semi-precious and precious gemstones that are sourced mainly from India and Thailand.
How can I pay? Is it secure?
I accept orders through Shopify Payments which is 100% secure and PCI compliant. When making a purchase online, you can pay via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal, which uses secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect sensitive information.
Can I go anywhere to see the jewelry in person?
For the moment Urban Lotus Jewelry sells primarily online. If you subscribe to my newsletter, I’ll be sure to keep you up to date on any upcoming in-person events and locations where my jewelry can be purchased. I will also post this info on the website as well.
Do you do custom work?
For the moment, I cannot do custom work but that may change in the near future.
When will my jewelry ship after I place an order?
I usually turn orders around within 48 hours of receiving the order. All of my pieces are made to order.
How can I track my order?
If the order is being shipped within North America, the order can be tracked via Canada Post online tracking system www.canadapost.ca. However, a tracking number is only offered for XpressPost, Expedited shipping options.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Of course! At the checkout, please indicate that the purchase will be a gift. You will be able to specify the recipient’s mailing address at the checkout. If you like, I can also include a handwritten note – at no extra charge.
How can I get a coupon code?
If you are a part of my mailing list, you will be the first to know of any special sales, offers and promotions.
