Returns

Hey there!  I want you to be over the moon ecstatic about your purchase.  After receiving your jewelry, if it isn’t working for you and you aren’t happy with your purchase, I’ll gladly refund your purchase.  A refund must be requested within 14 days of receiving the package and the return must be recieved within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please do the following:

• Send me an email at info@urbanlotusjewelry.com and request a Return Authorization Number
• I will provide you with a Return Authorization number as well as a return address.  When you return the package, please include the Return Authorization Number with the Refund.  
• Please ensure the jewelry is in brand new unused condition, with tags and boxes
• When mailing the package, I would advise sending the package with a tracking number.  
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded
